DAN PAVAN - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dan founded Athena in 2013 with the express purpose of providing Government and Corporate clients with consulting services superior to the "Beltway Bandits" who dominate the market. Small, focused, and nimble, Athena can more rapidly respond to technology changes, and provide expertise from trusted professionals. Mr. Pavan has over 30 years experience in the United States Army, the Federal Government, and private industry.
DORA TANN - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Dora joined Athena in 2019, taking over company operations and helping Athena establish more mature metrics for service delivery to our clients. Dora brings over 15 years of experience to this role, where she is currently updating and expanding our Strategic Growth plans and targets in addition to company operations.
HEIDI HANSEN - CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Heidi joined Athena in 2016, where she manages the Business Development, Capture, Proposal, and Marketing efforts for the company. She developed both a customer engagement strategy and a prioritized bid pipeline resulting in close teaming agreements with several of the large IT integrators in the Federal, Defense, and Intelligence Community market spaces. Heidi has over 20 years of professional experience in consulting services delivery.
